Lite Ramp, 3-Fold

The Stepless Lite Ramp, 3-Fold is an ultra-lightweight, compact ramp designed for shorter rises, travel, errands, and easy storage.

This ramp is best when portability matters most. Its two folding joints allow it to fold down smaller than a standard half-fold ramp, making it easier to carry, store in a vehicle, or keep close at hand for outings. The Lite Ramp, 3-Fold features a broad non-skid driving surface and a lightweight glass and graphite fiber construction. Despite its low weight, it can support up to 660 lbs. The 72 cm / 28.3” model weighs only about 7.7 lbs, making it especially practical for travel, trips to town, or situations where the ramp needs to be handled often.

Because this 3-fold model is designed for compact portability, it is available in shorter lengths. For higher steps or entry points where a longer ramp is needed to create a gentler slope, a longer Lite Ramp or another ramp style may be a better fit.

Choosing the right length
Choose the longest ramp your space can comfortably allow. A longer ramp creates a gentler slope, making the ramp easier to use and easier to navigate.

As a general guide, Stepless recommends a maximum gradient of 1:7 for a user-operated manual wheelchair, and 1:5 for a helper-assisted manual wheelchair or electric wheelchair.
